Corrosion-resistant plastic centrifugal fan with vertical discharge for industrial duct and roof installations. Available in various sizes, including an optional ATEX version.

The TCV is a plastic centrifugal fan designed for extracting humid, chemically contaminated and corrosive air streams. It can be installed in a duct system or configured as a roof fan and features a vertical discharge.

The plastic housing and impeller make this fan particularly suitable for environments where the conveyed medium could attack a conventional metal fan. Backward-curved blades provide efficient air movement.

The range is available in nominal sizes from 200 to 800 mm. Depending on the size, the standard construction consists of either a moulded PE housing with a PP impeller or a welded PP housing with a PP impeller. Stainless-steel fasteners contribute to a durable construction.

Airflow, pressure, speed and motor power are selected according to the required duty point. This allows each fan to be configured for its specific installation. Variable-frequency control is available.

For potentially explosive environments, an ATEX version with antistatic plastic components and a suitable ATEX motor is available on request.
